We have 2 GP Partners, 1 salaried GP and 1 Long term Locum Doctor, 1 Practice Nurse, a Healthcare Assistant and 10 members of the Clerical/Admin team.

The catchment area for the practice is LS10 as our inner boundary and LS11 as our outer boundary.  If you would like to register with us, please ask at reception to check if your address is within our catchment area.

We offer car parking to the rear of the building and also at the side of the building in the Labour Club car park.

Our premises is covered by CCTV for staff and patient safety.


Patients now have the option of accessing some parts of their medical records online. You can order your medication, amend your contact details, view your past appointments and book future appointments.  There will be more options in the future.   Please register at Reception and you will be given a unique user name and password to access this option.    Please bring a form of Photo identification, either a driving licence or passport.


FLU Vaccinations are now available to patients at risk.  Please book an appointment at Reception.


The Surgery will be CLOSED on Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th December and we reopen at 8am on Wednesday 28th December.

Medical Equipment Returns

If you have borrowed any equipment from the Hospitals you can return it to us and we will arrange for it to be cleaned and sent back for others to use.

Items include:  Crutches, Walking sticks, Zimmer frames, Foot or arm braces, Wheelchairs.

If you have anything else, we can arrange for collection from your house.
